This narrative follows the fortunes of a sheep that aspires to live in the sea. In an inversion of the 'Little Mermaid' story the sheep fulfils its aim and dreams amongst the wracks of the foreshore. However the price to be paid is its subsequent fossilisation and embedding in the strata of the distant mountains.
