This is a 28 cms stand alone boxcar and is developed around the idea of the nuclear transformations in the Photosphere of the Sun.

Each wagon has the formula of a particular transformation relevant to the assembly of more complex atomic nuclei. The graphic background to the text is redolent of the flow of gasses and particles within these phenomena. There are many complex transformations to be found in Sun's photosphere through the agency of Z pinches within the charge flux.

This series of artworks function as a commentary on the methodology of contemporary scientific model-making. In that instance we have seen the inadequacies of the process multiplied by the use of supercomputers. In these works, that potential for error is overcome by the use of the phenomenology of the model railway environment and associated mechanics.
