'Fallen Angel' : digital still : 2000

'Fallen Angel - Loss of Separation' was an early example of a web-artwork. It was my contribution to the 'Agogical Interventions' project I set up for the Deptford X Visual Arts Festival in 2000.

The piece is a click-thro sequence that follows a 'loss of separation' aircraft incident over London that year. In the text are references to the imagery of Odilon Redon and, in retrospect, had a curious resonance with the events of the following year.
